Our mattresses are compressed using patented technology and shipped in a compact box directly to your door. Once opened, they typically expand to their full shape within 48 to 72 hours.
What is the 100-night trial policy?
We offer a 100-night trial on all mattresses. If you are not completely satisfied within the first 100 days, you can return it for a full refund, provided it is in good condition.
Do I need a box spring for my Zinus bed frame?
Most of our platform beds and bed frames are designed with wood or steel slats to support your mattress directly, eliminating the need for a traditional box spring.
What kind of warranty do you offer on furniture?
We provide a worry-free 10-year limited warranty on our mattresses and a 5-year limited warranty on our bed frames and sofas against manufacturing defects.
How do I assemble my Zinus furniture?
Every product comes with easy-to-follow instructions and all necessary tools included in one box. Most items can be assembled in under 30 minutes without additional tools.
